Your job : Marketing (huge) Data scientist
* You will analyze data to inform both CRM and digital media buying. We're looking for creative, data-experienced individuals with CRM & media analytics, online analytics, or other (huge) data experience and a deep analytical tool kit.
* Statistical Modeling Analysts design and build predictive models for a wide variety of clients and purposes.
* Analysts with strong methodological toolkits and initiative will thrive at VPG. Advertising & CRM presents our team with the opportunity to measure, model and predict at a tremendous scale with the intention of making real-world decisions and implementing findings from analysis.
* Qualified candidates may be brought on at a director level role with managerial duties in addition to technical responsibilities.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:
* Four-year college degree or graduate degree in economics, media analytics, communications, programming, computer science, mathematics, quantitative methods, statistics or related field
* Experience with communications analytics, media analytics, CRM analytics and/or data analytics
* Experience with media data (Comscore, Mediametrie, STRATA or an equivalent, set top box data, return path data, etc.) and/or marketing analysis
* Experience organizing, analyzing and working with complex data sets
* Application of advanced statistical, and/or advanced data analytics techniques to real-world problems (e.g. Predictive models to inform CRM or media planning decisions)
* Familiarity with algorithms in predictive modeling such as regression, decision trees, neural networks
* Significant first experience in machine learning and related models
* Proven creativity and problem-solving skills
* Required Software: Must have strong MS Excel skills and experience with some of the following:
o Any SQL-based query language
o Any major statistical package (R, SPSS, STATA,…)
o Any natural language recognition software
* Programming experience desirable but not required (Python, Ruby, Java, C++, etc.)
