Reporting Consolidation Officer
The HRM Reporting/Consolidation Officer's missions are to :
- Ensure that all the BG financial datas are reported at BG level (budget, reporting, forecasts )
- Analyze and if needed reorganize the collected datas with the Business Units cost Controllers
- Ensure the consistency of the reported datas and consolidation
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for the HRM Financial Controller
- Prepare reviews (monthly/quarterly)
- Maintain effective internal control environment and actively participate to improve it
- Assist in responding to internal audit requests
Profil recherché
Education:
- Graduated from a Business School or an engineer school
Experience:
- First experience in consolidation/reporting team of audit agency or a big company
Technical skills:
- Computer skills: very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Strong interest for ERP and IT systems
Language:
- Fluent English mandatory (both spoken and written). Use 90% of the time

The HRM Reporting/Consolidation Officer aims at ensuring that all the HRM financial datas (budget, reporting, and forecasts) are properly collected, reported and centralized at HRM level.
He prepares at a first level the datas and the analysis needed by the HRM finance Department and enlarges his/her accounting skills to be able to reconciliate the reporting and the consolidation.
