Business Development & Strategy Analyst

To perform strategic business research and analysis for the various components of the business
To build and challenge business plans and valuation models in the framework of various types of M&A transactions or green field projects and participate actively in the process in such transactions (preliminary analysis of the target, elaboration of operating model, strategic, operational and financial due diligence process)
To prepare the presentations to be presented to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
To assist the ESS BD & Strategy Manager in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities in order to increase external and internal growth and profitability whilst working with relevant team members to drive them to conclusion

Profil recherché

Education : Graduate of a leading Business or Engineering School

Languages : Minimum 2 languages of which fluent English

Experience 2 to 4 years of successful experience in Top-tier strategy consulting firm, Transaction Services of Big 4
audit firm, or PE fund

Skills & Personality
Highly analytical and rigorous with previous demonstrated skills in either business modelling, valuation or strategic analysis
Self-assertive and autonomous
Highly organized and able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
Hands-on and data driven with ability to define and translate relevant quantitative data into financial models and conclusions
Ability to synthesize and filter information and to present in a clear and logical manner
Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
Adaptable and flexible to accommodate dynamically evolving environment and priories
Open minded and creative

20 to 30 % international travel
