Guest Experience Management Trainee Asia Pacific

The position is responsible for supporting the Guest Experience team of Accor Asia Pacific in the launch of new projects in 2015, namely the roll out of:
- Voice Of the Guest - VOG (guest satisfaction and online reputation monitoring),
- Social Media Content Publishing tool.
The scope of work includes Asia Pacific hotels from all brands.

Primary Responsibilities

Voice of the Guest (25%):
Assist the Guest experience team in the planning and roll out of the Voice of the Guest project: merge of the guest satisfaction and online reputation programs into a unique program using one single platform.

- Management of the registration process,
- Creation/adaptation of training and support materials,
- Reporting of KPIs.

Social Content Management (75%): Ensure quality content creation for each channel (Facebook and Weibo for now) and country where Accor is present in order to maximize the engagement of the audience.

-Support the Asia Pacific Social Media manager in the creation of relevant and engaging content for the region: including research, copy-writing, selections and alterations of images/graphics and videos,
- Support the roll out the Social Content Publishing tool in the region,
- Issue regular reporting on Social performance,
- Provide countries first level of support for Facebook matters,
- Benchmark Accor Social content with competitors.

Other Responsibilities
- Prepare case studies and best practices,
- Participate in the creation of Social campaigns,
- Handle special projects for the Guest Experience team.
