Country Manager

Main tasks :

- Customer Support - direct contact with the customers, answering queries, tracking orders and assisting clients in a friendly and efficient way

- Business Development - carrying out country specific marketing, research and marketing projects

- Communication - producing press releases, online community management

- Editorial- creating newsletters, translating documents and writing blogs

- Data Analysis - monitoring sales, campaigns, conversion rate, etc.

Fast growing start-up business based in Paris. We are an online platform allowing individuals, teams or groups to create online campaigns and sell high-quality custom clothing to raise money for their cause in a hassle and risk free way.
After only one year, we already operate successfully across Europe and have a dedicated team expanding our business in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Holland, England and further afield.

The ideal candidate will be keen to gain experience in communication, business development, customer support and data analysis, and having experience in one or more of these fields will be a distinct asset.

Your profile:

- Swedish OR Portuguese OR Greek native speaker (essential)
- Fluency in French or English,
- Other European or Scandinavian languages a distinct asset
- Affinity for Start-ups / E-Commerce / innovations
- Flexible, autonomous and self motivated
- You enjoy working independently and as part of a team
- Currently a student and able to provide an internship agreement
- Available to start: April 2015 for a duration of 4-6 months

In return, you will receive work experience in a multi-lingual and diverse team, with close contact with other interns, country managers and the company founders. You will gain autonomy and professional responsibility whilst receiving a unique insight into an international an innovate working environment where your ideas will be developed and brought to life. You will receive a monthly compensation based on your profile.
