Country Manager Netherlands Startup Fr

The company wants to develop its client base on the Dutch market and seek to have one intern help them consolidate their position and gain new marketshare, in the Netherlands.
Intern main tasks consist in:
- BtoB Business Development, by phone, emails and social networks
- Client Support / Account Management once Companies are registered and launch recruitments online
- Marketplace Growth: manage the balance between the 2 counterparts (Employers and Headhunters)
- Country specific marketing, research and market projects
- Communication - press release, newsletters, community management (BtoB environment)
- Weekly Report on the opening of the Dutch market (KPIs and comments) with cofounders
- Explore possible synergies with the Belgian market

Profil recherché

- Dutch native
- Fluency in French or English
- Affinity for Start-ups / BtoB / Human Resources / Innovations
- Client oriented, business focused
