Entry Level Inside Sales Opportunity

Georgia's Award Winning Employment Agency, Staffing Resources, is currently recruiting candidates for an Inside Sales Representative for our Client that is located in the Buford area.

This temp to hire position offers a starting pay of $12 an hour. Then, once you go permanent with the company, you are eligible for commissions. On average, it's estimated that an additional $300 to $400 a month would be brought in from those commissions to be added onto your paycheck.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 11am to 8pm
Must be open to working one Saturday, OR, Sunday a month with a day off during the week depending on volume of business---Weekend pay is $14.50 an hour

Responsibilities:
* Assists customers with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services through phone, web, fax or mail communication.
* Provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members.
* Requires an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
* Prepares and follows up on customer quotes as required.
* Provides pricing and availability of our product to customers.
* Requests and coordinates discounted prices on large orders.
* Maintain required call quality level.
* Inputs all sales orders as a result of customer negotiations.
* Sells additional product through suggestive selling techniques.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* 1 + years sales or call center experience.
* Bilingual is a huge plus
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated high level of dependability.
* Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required.
