Junior International Buyer F / M

FAE is looking for an International Buyer Junior, under an intern agreement (6 months) or an apprenticeship contract (6 months +).

Under the responsibility of the Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator of the division, the apprentice/intern will integrate the purchasing and Supply Chain department and will perform the following missions:

•For the Packaging Category (Scope: 30 plants in Europe // Spend +/-15M€) on the scope of 30 production sites in Europe :
a.Insure Packaging contracts management with main suppliers
b.Implement the purchasing recommendations at site levels
c.Mapping and purchasing strategy on secondary packaging
d.Generate value through cost savings opportunities
e.Supplier market research


•For the Chemical Products used for production:
a.Sourcing innovation on chemical products portfolio


•For the FAE Capital expenditure projects:
◦Participation to the purchasing support to industrial investment projects


•Based on availability, he/she may be in charge of the following assignments :
•Participate to tenders on different purchasing categories
•Participate to specific projects such as second hand packaging process
•Execute specific studies and analysis on demand

Profil recherché

*Under final year of Master Degree in Purchasing (M2)
•English - fluent // Spanish - a plus
•A first experience in a purchasing department will be appreciated
•Microsoft Office proficient
•Analytical and Synthetic mind set
•Excellent organization / time management/task prioritisation
•Adaptability to learn quickly, adapt and apply
•Service oriented
•Rigorous & Autonomous
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Willing to learn and grow in a fast & dynamic environment
